We all love to have our snacks hotly served on our beds and blankets in this winter season. Here are few Recipes that you can make with all the ingredients you have in your home within few minutes.
1. Oreo cake
It is not as difficult as you think and takes just 20 minutes hardly. Powder the Oreo cookies and a cup of milk and a little sugar to it. Take a microwavable bowl or cup and coat it with butter and all purpose flour or maida. Pour the mixture into the container and place it in a microwave for 5 minutes. Serve it hot.
2. Grilled sandwich
Chop few tomatoes, onions, and paneer into small pieces. In a cup of mayonnaise add little chili powder and salt according to taste and all the chopped vegetables and mix well along with cheese spread. Put this mixture in between two slices of bread and grill them. Serve them with tomato ketchup.
3. Aloo Tikki
Boil, peel off and mash the potatoes and add chili powder, salt, coriander powder and chat masala along with chopped green chilies and coriander leaves. Turn them into round patties and cover them with bread crumbs and shallow fry them. Serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
